Enrolments

Emmaus College is a coeducational ecumenical College that caters for students from Kindergarten to Year 12 and prides itself on its commitment to learning.

We welcome families to be part of a Christian community working in a rich and exciting partnership with the Anglican, Catholic, Lutheran and Uniting Church traditions.

Prep to Year 12 applications may be lodged up to 3 years prior to the year of enrolment.

Online Enrolment Form

After you submit your online enrolment application, you will receive a confirmation email requesting you to prepare your documents and send them through as soon as possible. You may need to check your "junk" or "spam" folders for this email.

Enrolment Application Checklist

The following documents are required to be lodged with the application. Application will not be accepted without these documents and payment of Application Fee.

  • Birth Certificate
  • Baptism Certificate (if applicable)
  • Copy of latest 2 semester School Reports (must be supplied if child is already at another school)
  • Copy of latest NAPLAN Report (if applicable)
  • Information Access Permission - the Information Access Permission_Oct 2024.pdf form must be completed and signed
  • If not born in Australia or not an Australian Citizen:
    • Australian Citizenship documentation
    • Current Visa
    • Current Passport
  • Other additional documentation where applicable:
    • Health or Medical Assessment Reports
    • Learning Assessment Reports
    • Any Parenting or Family Orders or other Legal documentation

Enrolment Process

  1. Parent or Legal Guardian lodges Application for Enrolment.
  2. Provide all relevant documentation, completed Information Access Permission form and application fee of $100 is paid.
  3. Application is processed.
  4. Interview is offered dependant on vacancies and enrolment procedures.
